Before I even logged into Yazio, the app offered me a discounted Pro membership for ₺25 per year. I accepted the offer, but instead of charging ₺25, Yazio took ₺299.99 from my card without any confirmation!
This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I never agreed to this amount, and there was no additional approval step before the charge was processed. I do not want this membership, and I demand an immediate refund for the incorrect charge.
