YAZIO unexpectedly charged my card without consent, how can I get a refund?

If YAZIO charged your card without your permission, the way you get your money back will depend on where you bought the contract.

If you bought something on the YAZIO website, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to back out of the deal.

Just send an email to [email protected] asking for a return.

If you bought the subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to use those stores' refund methods to get your money back. YAZIO can't cancel or refund purchases made on those stores.

Include a clear explanation like "subscription renewed without notice" and send it through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund page. You should hear back within 24 to 48 hours.
