Yazio Charged Me ₺600 for a Membership I Purchased by Mistake
I accidentally purchased a ₺600 membership on the Yazio app and immediately requested a cancellation. However, I have not received any response or refund. This is not a small amount, and it was a mistaken purchase.
I followed all necessary steps to cancel the membership, but there is no clear refund policy or proper customer support to assist with this issue. I am requesting a full refund for the amount charged, as I have not used the service and canceled right away.
