Yazio Charged ₺599 Instead of ₺49.90 Monthly – Refund Not Received
Yazio displayed a monthly subscription price of ₺49.90, but instead, they charged me ₺599 upfront for the entire year without any warning. I immediately requested a refund, and they claimed it was processed, but I have not received any money back.
This is completely unacceptable. If Yazio says they issued a refund, where is it? My bank confirms that no refund has been received. I demand an immediate resolution and my money returned without further delays.
Yazio, refund my ₺599 now! You cannot mislead users with incorrect pricing and then fail to process refunds properly. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will take legal action. Fix this immediately!
