Yazio Subscription Auto-Renewed Without Consent
I had previously purchased a 3‑month membership from Yazio via the App Store using my credit card. However, without any notification that I noticed or clear information, a new 3‑month membership was defined for my account again today and ₺480 was charged to my card. I did not knowingly approve this renewal and I was not informed in a way that I clearly understood that the membership would automatically continue for another 3 months. I consider this transaction to have been carried out without my explicit consent. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of the membership that was renewed today and a full refund of the money charged via the App Store to my credit card.
