If you were charged by YAZIO without knowing it, you can challenge the payment depending on where it was conducted.

If the charge was made through the App Store or Google Play, YAZIO cannot provide a refund directly.

You must request one using Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund request website, indicating that the subscription was illegal.

If you were charged through the YAZIO website, you have 14 days to withdraw by writing [email protected] with your registered email, order date, and a clear refund request.

Check for any trial-to-paid conversions that may have gone unreported.
