Yazio Charged Me Without Consent & Logged Me Out

I started using the Yazio app yesterday, and without even requesting payment confirmation, it automatically charged me ₺300. I had registered anonymously, but shortly after, I was logged out and could no longer access my account.

Since I couldn’t log back in, I had no choice but to cancel the subscription, yet my money was not refunded. This is completely unacceptable! Why does Yazio charge users without consent and then make it impossible to access their accounts?

I demand an immediate refund (₺) and a solution for this issue. If this app continues to charge users unfairly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities. Fix this now!
