Xsolla Took My Money but I Did Not Get My Marvel Future Fight Crystals

On 2025-04-29 at 19:27, I purchased the (monthly) 100% Bonus Crystal Package from Xsolla Marvel Future Fight web shop. However, although the payment was withdrawn from my account, the purchase did not go through and I didn’t receive the crystals. Instead, I encountered an error. I waited for a while thinking it might be a delay, but nothing was delivered. I also contacted customer support through the in-game help section but haven’t received any response yet. I also used a 10% discount coupon and 67 points for this purchase, but both were lost as well. Please get back to me regarding this issue and resolve the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
