Hello, on October 26, 2025 at 11:00 PM, I made an in-game purchase through the Supercell website using my iyzico card. The amount of $29 was charged to my account, but the purchase did not go through. Although the money was taken from my card, the transaction was never completed.
I called customer service many times and also sent emails regarding the issue, but the mistakenly withdrawn amount has still not been refunded to my account. I kindly request assistance with this matter.
The charge was made on the card ending in 2476.
