I Didn’t Receive My ₺279 Refund After Canceling a Special Offer Purchase on Clash of Clans

On March 7, 2025, I accidentally purchased a package called "Special Offer" for ₺279 through Clash of Clans. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately submitted a refund request. I was informed that my request had been accepted and that the purchased content had been removed from my game account.
However, despite the confirmation, no refund has been credited back to my payment account. It has been quite some time, and the money I was told would be refunded is still missing. This situation is unacceptable and extremely frustrating for a user who acted quickly and followed the correct procedures.
I kindly request that the Clash of Clans support team urgently review this issue, ensure the refund is fully processed, and confirm the completion of the transaction. I expect a swift resolution — users should not have to chase down refunds for mistakes that were properly handled!
