Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Credited After Payment — How to Get Refund

On October 24, 2025, I purchased weekly diamonds through the Mobile Legends in-game store. The payment was successfully deducted from my credit card, but the diamonds were not credited to my account. I didn’t receive any error messages or notifications after the purchase. I don’t have an order or invoice number, but the payment clearly went through.
I haven’t contacted customer support yet. I’m only facing this issue with this particular purchase. My account information is 1578873987 (4451).
I request a refund for the amount I paid and ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
