Konami E-Football Points Not Received After Purchase

Today, on 06.05.2024, I bought 840 bonus e-football points from Konami. Unfortunately, right after buying it, I ran into a problem that caused me to have to leave the game. After returning to the game just a few minutes later, I realized that the e-football points hadn't been added to my account. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue or a refund of the amount paid.
