Supercell Purchase Didn’t Arrive—Gold Pass Missing After Payment
On November 1, 2025, at 9:48 PM, I made a purchase of $5 using my Tosla card through Supercell’s official website on my Android device. During the purchase, I bought both the Gold Pass and a special offer priced at $5. However, after the payment was completed, neither the Gold Pass nor the offer was added to my account. I also did not receive any refund for the transaction.
The receipt for the purchase includes the transaction number 133896450. I contacted Supercell customer support to resolve the issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem.
I request a refund of the amount I paid.
