This transaction, valued at $294 (approximately $291 USD today), was shown in the system as successfully processed and deducted from my XMGlobal account, yet no money was deposited into my bank account. The reference number for this transaction is 81906610.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted the XMGlobal support team and was told that the problem would be resolved as soon as possible. However, despite the time that has passed, I still have not received any results, and the funds have not reached my account.
I request that my money be transferred to my bank account immediately without any loss, and that this delay be urgently investigated.
