XM Global Delayed My $1,500 Withdrawal for a Week

On November 25, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for 1,500 USD through XM Global. Although my request was approved in the system, seven days have passed and the money still has not been deposited into my bank account. XM claims that the issue is caused by an intermediary institution, but since this problem is entirely related to their internal process, I do not accept that the consequences should fall on me.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the transaction was being reviewed, yet despite several days passing, I have still not received a concrete solution or a clear response. The long delay and lack of transparency have caused serious concerns for me and damaged my trust.
I request that the 1,500 USD from my withdrawal be deposited into my account as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the delay and the inconvenience I have experienced.
