XM Global Deposit Problem — 3 Bank Transfers Missing from My Trading Account

On October 22, 2025, I deposited a total of $124 into my XM Global investment account via bank transfer in three separate transactions — ₺1,000, ₺2,000, and ₺1,000. However, the total amount has not been credited to my account, and even after several days, I have not received any refund either.
When I contacted XM Global customer service, I was told that the refund would be processed within 24 hours, and if not, I should follow up via email. However, I was not provided with any reference number or transaction code, and so far, no solution has been offered. Since I am new to the platform, this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I request that XM Global refund the $124 I deposited as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for the delay.
