On November 20, 2025, at 8:16 p.m., I deposited $2,352 USD into my XM account through mobile banking, but this amount still has not been credited to my XM account. Even though six days have passed since the transaction, the funds have neither appeared in my investment account nor have I received any clear information regarding the issue. My XM account number is 361303572, and I have the receipt and full transaction details.
During this process, I contacted XM customer service multiple times, but I was repeatedly stalled and given no concrete solution, and my issue has not been resolved. Since this is a large amount of money, I am experiencing serious financial and emotional distress.
I request that XM Global immediately credit the $2,352 USD deposit to my XM investment account and urgently resolve the issue they have caused. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will have no choice but to initiate legal action through my attorney.
