Even though six days have passed since the transaction, the funds have neither appeared in my investment account nor have I received any clear information regarding the issue. My XM account number is 361303572, and I have the receipt and full transaction details.
During this process, I contacted XM customer service multiple times, but I was repeatedly stalled and given no concrete solution, and my issue has not been resolved. Since this is a large amount of money, I am experiencing serious financial and emotional distress.
I request that XM Global immediately credit the $2,352 USD deposit to my XM investment account and urgently resolve the issue they have caused. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will have no choice but to initiate legal action through my attorney.
