XM Global Ignored My Withdrawal Request — Support Was Rude and Unhelpful

On October 19, 2025, I initiated a withdrawal request from my XM Global account using the bank transfer method. However, to this day, the funds have not been deposited into my bank account. This was my first withdrawal attempt, and I made the transaction only through my verified account.

I contacted XM Global customer service several times, but they only told me to keep waiting without offering any clear or practical solution. My customer number is 400657239. Despite sending multiple emails, my situation was completely ignored, and during live chat, the support staff even responded with a mocking and dismissive attitude.

I demand that XM Global complete my withdrawal process immediately and ensure that the funds are transferred to my bank account without further delay. I also expect professional and respectful customer service, not automated or careless replies.
