Xiaomi Note 11 Pro Battery Drain Nightmare

Listen up, I purchased a Xiaomi Note 11 Pro from Teknosa store on 02/25/2023, and I am livid! I had high hopes for this device, but boy was I wrong! The battery consumption is absolutely insane, even when I am not using it. I charged it to full capacity in the morning, and by the time I got to work, it was already down to 40%. I thought was just a, but persisted. I tried everything from turning off background apps to adjusting the screen brightness, but nothing worked. I knew something was wrong, so I contacted the authorized service center, and they told me to send it in for repair. Now, I understand that issues can arise with any electronic device, but this is completely unacceptable for a brand new phone that I have only had for two days! I am beyond frustrated, and I want a replacement immediately. Xiaomi Company, what gives? You are supposed to be a reputable brand, but you have made me suffer with this faulty device. I have lost trust in your brand, and I am sure many others have had similar experiences. I demand a replacement for my defective phone, and I hope you will rectify this situation quickly.
