Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Freezing And Battery Draining

I have been unable to use my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro smartphone for about two months due to freezing issues and the battery draining extremely fast during normal use. The device constantly freezes when switching between apps, and the charge depletes within a very short time. Most recently, the phone completely froze, leaving only the screen light on, and I was unable to operate it in any way. I purchased the device online and sent it to the authorized service provider, Elektrofoni. Using the shipping number provided by customer service, I shipped the device and was told that I would not need to make any payment. They stated that the repair would be completed under warranty. However, despite the device still being under warranty, the service center demanded a repair fee. When I refused to pay, I requested the return of my device, but this time, they demanded a service fee instead. The service number given to me when I submitted the device was 2415654551320. I request that my device be repaired or replaced free of charge under warranty and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
