Yalla Parchis Not Responding to Account Block Complaint

I am writing to complain about a problem with my Yalla Parchis Oficial account on my mobile phone. My device was blocked by Yalla Parchis in 2025 and since then I have completely lost access to my account and to the game. I tried to contact Yalla Parchis support, but I have not received any response to my messages. I play from Spain and this situation is making me very upset, because I have apologized and I just want to recover my access. I kindly request that my device and my Yalla Parchis account be unblocked and that my access to the game be restored as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed of the reason for the block and how it can be resolved.
