On February 23, 2023, I bought two Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeders from buy.mi.com in Turkey. I planned to give one of them to a friend. Even though I've been waiting for my product for seven days (five working days), it still hasn't been sent. When I called Xiaomi's customer service, they told me to wait for a message telling me that the product had been shipped. When I called again, I was told to go to Yurtici Cargo because that was where the package was supposed to be. But when I looked at the tracking information, it seemed like Yurtici Cargo had not sent the package. When I called Xiaomi's customer service for the third time, I told them what had happened and was told that the package would still come via Yurtici Cargo. But when I pointed out that a week had already passed, the representative couldn't tell me anything useful and just apologized for giving me the wrong information. I wish I had bought from a different store or bought a similar product from another brand. I am very regretful and sad.
