On May 19, 2022, I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2-in-1 Essential wireless vacuum from Teknosa's website via E**** and had it delivered to Sanliurfa. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to use it there, so I brought it home to Ankara. When I tried to use it, I discovered that it hadn't mapped the area and didn't understand Turkish. When I visited Atlantis Teknosa, they suggested it could be a software glitch, but they refused to accept it for service. So I took it to the Teknosa store in Ankamoll AVM, and on August 25, 2023, we delivered it in good working order. Unfortunately, I was unable to communicate effectively with Teknosa about this issue, and the technical service demanded a fee for repairs. It's not my fault that a robot can't map or understand Turkish; this is entirely the company's fault, and they should fix it for free. We trusted Teknosa when we purchased this product, and it appears that we made a mistake. I'd like to have my fully functional device returned to me.

They didn't offer a solution; they just labeled the defective product as is and sent it back.
