When I searched for the Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner in Turkey, I found a contact number online and informed them that my Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner was not working. The person on the phone claimed to be the authorized technical service and instructed me to ship the product to them using a courier service. Subsequently, the recipient address provided in the SMS sent to my phone by this service was Smart Fix Durable Electronics Ltd. They asked me to address it as such, and I sent the vacuum cleaner using a courier service to the specified address. Later, they contacted me and reported that their technicians had examined the device, identified a problem with the main board, and suggested that it needed replacement, demanding 4000 TL for the repair. I made the payment using my credit card by clicking on the link they sent me. Subsequently, they sent the device back to me with shipping costs covered. However, there has been no improvement in the device they returned, and the same issue persists. Xiaomi Turkey has stated that the aforementioned technical service is not affiliated with them. Smart Fix claims to be a contracted technical service, but my issue remains unresolved. I have been unable to secure a refund for the money I paid, and I am unable to reach a contact person for assistance.
