Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Broken Product, Failed Repairs, and Delays
On April 25, 2023, I bought the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 from the Adana Optimum Teknosa store, but it was broken. As a customer who has used the Mi Band 6, 5, and 4, I could tell right away that none of the features worked right. On May 5, 2023, 15 days after I bought it, I took it back to the store to get my money back. They sent the item in for warranty repairs, and on May 17, I got a message that the job was done. When I went to the store to find out if the product was still available, they told me it wasn't and sent me home without it. After some time, they didn't tell me anything new, so I went back to the store on March 6. They hadn't fixed the problem that was covered by the warranty, and to my surprise, they said I was lying! They didn't tell me anything or send me any messages about the product coming back from warranty. Even though the law said I should get a refund, they said the product hadn't arrived at the store until May 17. When I tried the product back in the store, none of the problems that had been reported before were fixed. The flaws didn't get fixed! I sent the product back to get a refund on June 3, and I still haven't heard anything as of today, June 30. In every way, I'm being treated badly. Even though they tried to send me the broken product back, that wasn't enough. On top of that, they kept me waiting for 2 months under the guise of a warranty.
