Xiaomi Hasn’t Repaired or Replaced My Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro+ After 70 Days
On September 11, 2022, I purchased a Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro+ Black Standard with IMEI number 30107.0003784 from Teknomi Teknoloji’s store in Kocaeli. After the product malfunctioned, I returned it to the same store for warranty repair on September 8, 2024. Today is November 13, 2024, and despite going through the official service process, I still have no information on repair or replacement status. My product has a distributor warranty, and since I purchased it from Mİstore, I expected it to be covered by Xiaomi Turkey’s warranty. I later discovered that your stores might sell products with warranties from different distributors. I also learned that, due to a lack of authorized Xiaomi service in Turkey, your company partners with six different distributors, resulting in varying warranty standards. When I called for support, I was informed that Xiaomi could not assist because it was under a distributor warranty. This lack of support has left me waiting for around 70 days without a resolution. I urge Xiaomi to uphold the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction and provide a solution for this product.
