Mi.com (Turkey) User Disappointment

Hello everyone from Turkey :) I ordered 2 Xiaomi Smart Band 8 in Black and Cream with the order number 5240322147504093 on 22.03.2024 from the online store on Xiaomi's official product sales site www.mi.com. I received the cargo from Dg Teknoloji Bilişim on 26.03.2024. I wanted an exchange because the black color is not metallic-colored as it appears on the screen. I sent it to the company named DG Teknoloji from Yurtiçi Kargo İçmeler branch on April 3, 2024, with the return code numbered 887770510 (which I received from Mi.com) and the shipping code 914578521447 of Yurtiçi Kargo. Neither the product exchange nor the money refund has been made. The operators, during all the calls I made to Mi.com, told that the return product seemed to have been received by DG Teknoloji, a refund would be made, and I would be called from the company and informed about the subject. But so far, there has been neither a refund nor a call, and no information has been given. Xiaomi's confidence in shopping on its own site has left its place disappointed. I am waiting for an urgent call for information and an exchange or money refund. I keep my Consumer Rights application reserved for now. Thanks
