I purchased a WMF Hand Blender Set on 23.06.2023, and it broke down. The Tefal service center said, "We will find this part," and kept me waiting for about 1.5 months (I believe in their good intentions). When no result was achieved, they officially recorded my complaint on 06.03.2024. So, I have been waiting for 2 months officially and 3.5 months unofficially.
Despite calling SEB customer service twice, I couldn't get a clear answer. They said they were waiting for the product to arrive.
I think my next step will be to file a complaint with the headquarters in Germany.
