Braun Blender Warranty Replacement Approved But Not Delivered

I am writing from Turkey regarding my Braun blender. The product malfunctioned, and I delivered it to the authorized service in Istanbul. After the inspection, the service approved a replacement under warranty and I was informed that the same product would be sent to me. However, despite this approval, the central office has still not sent my product. Since 3 November I have been waiting, and each time I follow up I am either stalled or told that the product has been sent, even though nothing has been delivered to me. In addition, for about 15 days I was constantly contacted for replacement with other models by paying a price difference, even though I have a valid warranty and a confirmed replacement decision. My service record number is 102523787. I also reported the situation to the Germany headquarters, but I have not seen any serious effort to resolve the issue, which has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I request that the same Braun blender model, whose warranty replacement has already been approved, be delivered to me as soon as possible without any additional payment or further delay.
