WMF Failed to Provide Spare Parts for My Blender and Coffee Machine
I am a user of WMF brand hand blender set and filter coffee machine. After the warranty period ended, both of my products malfunctioned at different times. I took the WMF hand blender set for repair, it was supposed to be repaired for a fee, but it didn't come with a motor. The almost new, immaculate blender turned into garbage. The same product is still for sale on their website. Recently my WMF coffee machine started leaking water. I took it to the service and asked for it to be repaired for a fee since the warranty had expired. They told me that there was a resistance fault, that WMF products did not have spare parts, that it was not possible to repair it, and that I could shop from their website with a 25% discount. According to the Turkish Consumer Law, every product sold is required to supply parts for 10 years from the invoice date. It is obvious what position you are putting the consumer in with your policy of selling new products by not bringing parts. 25% discount: Brand's products are sold in the market much below their prices. Even if the recommended discount rate is applied, the price is much higher than the market. The "we always win" policy tarnishes the name of a global brand. WMF is a global brand. The Turkish distributor is damaging the brand. I will forward this complaint to WMF Germany.
