TEKA Oven Door Glass Broken, No Replacement Part Available

Hey there, I had a problem with my Teka oven - the glass door broke. I reached out to the service on June 15, 2023. The service told me that they don't have the part they need and they ordered it. Afterwards, I reached out to a few more Teka service centers and asked them the same thing. They all said that the part I needed is currently being ordered. I contacted Teka's main office. They asked for the messages from the service on WhatsApp to be sent to them by email. I sent them a message on June 15, 2023, with the product code and included photos showing the serial number. After looking into it, they got in touch with me and said they don't have the part I need. I asked when they think they'll get the part, but they couldn't give me an exact time. They said they're waiting for a similar part to come in stock, and once it does, they'll let me know. I've been dealing with this problem for five months now, and we haven't been able to use the oven during this time. Nobody is coming up with a solution. I really need my problem to be resolved right away. You should have spare parts in stock for ten years. I don't care about their imports from other countries. If it's not possible, you should arrange to get a new appliance. If not, I will do whatever it takes within the law. I said that I'm going to complain to different authorities, including this website. I want to receive information quickly.
