I Demand Refund for Extra Charge by Nomupay

On August 29, 2025, I attempted to pay my Kablo Net bill through the company’s official website using my credit card. While my actual bill amount was 561 TL, a total of 641 TL was withdrawn from my account.

This is not the first time such an issue has happened to me.

My Türksat Kablo service number is 1024707267. I tried to reach Nomupay customer service, but I received no response. When I contacted Kablo Net, they only said the matter would be reviewed, but so far no solution has been provided.

I request a refund of the excess amount charged and a clear explanation as to why this occurred. I also expect measures to be taken to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.
