My TikTok Account Charged Without Permission

On November 17, 2025, I received a notification stating that a total of 3,031 TL worth of transactions had been made through TikTok using my Yapı Kredi bank card. These transactions were carried out completely without my knowledge, consent, or authorization.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted TikTok via email, but I have not received any response yet. I also have not received any receipts or detailed information regarding these transactions. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation, and I am requesting that my grievance be resolved.
I kindly ask that these charges be investigated, the unauthorized transactions canceled, and the full amount refunded to me.
