Nomu Pay Unauthorized Charge Refund Issue
In April 2025, I canceled my Tivibu Go subscription through Türk Telekom. I was officially informed that my membership had been completely terminated and that I would no longer be able to log into the platform.
Despite this, Nomu Pay has continued to withdraw money from my account every month. At first, they were charging 79 TL monthly, but today (September 17, 2025), I was shocked to see a new withdrawal of 115 TL.
I contacted Türk Telekom customer service multiple times, and every time they confirmed that my account was deleted and that I no longer had an active subscription. I also reached out to Nomu Pay support, where they promised to look into it, but no real solution was provided and the withdrawals have continued.
Since my account has been terminated, I no longer have an active customer ID or subscriber number. I only know the charges were made through my Yapı Kredi TL Card, and I was able to track the withdrawals thanks to SMS transaction alerts on my phone.
It is unacceptable that a canceled subscription continues to charge me monthly. I demand that all unauthorized charges after my cancellation — including today’s 115 TL — be fully refunded, and that these unlawful withdrawals be stopped immediately.
