Watsons Refund Been Delayed for a Months, Everyone Talks Differently
you guys are a total mess! Customer service called me on Thursday, saying my return made it to the warehouse. today, I'm here writing to you, and it still hasn't reached the warehouse. Seriously? On top of that, they go ahead and issue a refund even before my stuff arrives. plus, I've been waiting for my money to show up in my account for a whole month now. It's like one person says it's coming, then another says it hasn't arrived, and then they claim they have no record of what I ordered on November 1st. I mean, w**? I placed that order on November 1st! And to top it all off, they keep changing the timeframe for when the money will be deposited. First, it's within 14 working days, then it's within a month. Like, come on! I can't even get my hands on the products until they deposit my money. I'm definitely filing a complaint with CIMER right now (already did), and I'm taking Watsons to court. You can't treat me like this, man. Your business approach is a total joke.
