Watsons Order Turned To Nightmare: Undelivered Products and No Refund!

 I'm so bummed out and ticked off about my recent order from Watsons, total letdown. To make matters worse, the stuff I bought never arrived and now I'm getting no help at all to get my money back. If this annoying situation isn't fixed today, I'll have to start legal stuff. I just can't understand how every time I talk to their customer service reps, they talk down to me like I'm a kid. They're like,  just so you know, we had to cancel your order. No big deal, right? It's all good on our end."  I gotta say, in all my years of buying stuff, I've never been so disappointed by a company. this is just not cool, really dropped the ball on customer service. I need my money back ASAP for the stuff I never got. This is so not cool! I've had to deal with this annoying situation for a whole two weeks now.  Watsons really let me down. They wasted my time and energy, shattered my trust, and pushed my patience to the max. They need to fix this ASAP and make it up to me for all the trouble.
