I'm so bummed out and ticked off about my recent order from Watsons, total letdown. To make matters worse, the stuff I bought never arrived and now I'm getting no help at all to get my money back. If this annoying situation isn't fixed today, I'll have to start legal stuff. I just can't understand how every time I talk to their customer service reps, they talk down to me like I'm a kid. They're like, just so you know, we had to cancel your order. No big deal, right? It's all good on our end."
