About No Refund On Watsons
I placed an order on the Watsons mobile application on September 21st. Later, I decided to return the order, and I handed it back when the shipment arrived at my address. I didn't open the package or anything; the courier acknowledged it was okay. However, when checking the shipment movements on the app, I couldn't find any information. It seems to be an issue with the Watsons application system. Despite waiting for a long time, no refund has been credited to my bank account. I tried calling Watsons customer service at least fifty times, but they never answered. After posting my situation on "sikayetvar.com," customer service finally contacted me, apologizing and promising an urgent refund. They assured me the money would be in my bank account by November 6th at the latest. However, it's now November 14th, and there's still no sign of the money. I find it hard to believe that Watsons, a renowned beauty shop in Turkey, would treat me like this. I urgently await a resolution.
