The order I placed on November 5, 2023, has still not been shipped as of November 15. Moreover, even though I placed another order on the same date, it was shipped and delivered to me, but the product arrived in pieces. I requested the cancellation of my second order, both due to such poor service and the inconvenience caused by my other order. Despite the products appearing to be in the preparation phase in the system, when I request the cancellation, an automatic message is sent, stating that the preparation phase has been completed, and therefore, the order cannot be cancelled. I cannot connect to a representative when I call their phone number, nor can I find a contact person via email. It is very sad to be victimized like this by a well-established company like Watsons. I will never recommend it. Either send my products or give me my money back!

No solution was provided in any way. They kept repeating things I already knew. The automatic response I received when I submitted my complaint via email, the automatic response given via voicemail when I called the contact center, and the response given by the customer representative when they called me today were all the same. Additionally, if you want to find a contact person, you should submit your complaint to all the authorities you can find; otherwise, you can't find a contact person. Since no solution was provided, I am continuing the process through legal means, and I reported the situation to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with all my evidence, including photos and videos. Moreover, despite 10 days passing since the order and the money being withdrawn from my card when I placed the order, no invoice was created. Incredibly poor service, I will never use this brand again!
