Still No Refund for Watsons Order Delay of 50 Days!

I placed an order for two items at Watsons on November 11th. Despite choosing store delivery, my package arrived a whopping 20 days later. Frustrated by the delay, we purchased the items elsewhere, and I requested the order to be canceled and refunded. They insisted I had to wait until the delivery was completed before initiating the process. Later, they admitted the store was tardy in processing the refund, prolonging the ordeal. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I've been only given the runaround. It's been 50 days, and my refund is nowhere in sight.

No one is calling, you are not refunding the money for the product that has not reached me in any way, and you are acting against the distance sales contract and your return policy. If it is not resolved today, I will go to court for fraud.
