Vivense Wardrobe Not Delivered on Scheduled Date

I ordered a wardrobe from Vivense, but it wasn’t delivered on the promised date. I emailed their support team, but they didn’t provide any clear or helpful information. I’ve also tried reaching out to customer service, but haven’t been able to speak with anyone who can resolve the issue. The delay in delivery is causing a lot of inconvenience for me. I urgently expect a proper response and a resolution to this matter. Vivense, please address this immediately and ensure my product is delivered as soon as possible!

The installation of my active order is scheduled for October 21-27, while the delivery is shown as November 13-20. How can installation happen before delivery? Also, the delivery time is shown as 1 month later than the information given to me, which stated it would be delivered on October 21-28. Can you deliver as informed? I placed my first order on August 31, and I've been waiting for 2 months since then. If it doesn't arrive, I will cancel the order. I am experiencing inconvenience now. For 2 months, the delivery date of the product has been continuously postponed to a later date.
