Where's My Vivense Purchase?

On December 29, 2023, I placed an order with an estimated delivery window of January 22-25. Today is January 31st, and the item is still nowhere to be found. Dealing with customer service has been quite frustrating, as I've been trying to get someone to help with my issue for the past 5 days. Regrettably, there is no one available for conversation—no representative, no authority figure. I'm eagerly anticipating a thorough explanation and prompt resolution from Vivense customer service. If my issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I want to emphasize that I will exercise my legal rights.
