Vivense Order Not Delivered After 5 Months

I placed an order with Vivense five months ago, and to my disappointment, it has yet to be delivered as of March 28, 2024. I've already made the payment, but I still haven't received the product. In addition, I'm having trouble getting in touch with the store where I made the purchase and customer service isn't being very helpful.
I kindly ask for the prompt delivery of the products I have purchased. Thanks a lot.
