Vivense Sofa Repair Process Has Not Been Completed for 6 Months
I went to the Vivense store in August 2022 and bought a couch with the option to exchange the fabric. After breaking and sliding open while on the floor in December 2023, the sofa began its journey into repair. I called multiple times before it was returned to me on January 20th after being taken from my home for repair immediately. After the couch had been in repair for over two months, the technician who had attached the legs saw that nothing had been done and gave it back to me in its original condition. As you can see in the videos I linked, the sofa legs will become useless if you don't prop them up with books. An additional ticket has been created to address this matter, and it has been mentioned that a replacement sofa would be supplied as part of the warranty. Nothing has happened since May 9th, and nobody has even bothered to get in touch or pay attention. At each one of my attempts to get in touch with the Vivense Ordu branch, the representative would apologize, say they were sorry, and explain that the repair business had ignored my calls and had reported the issue to headquarters. The nightmare that is the sofa that I bought from Vivense has been going on for at least five months now. For Ramadan, I got by without a sofa, but for Eid al-Adha, I'll need a solid piece of furniture. I was unable to obtain a satisfactory response to my question when I brought this up. I don't know where to lodge a complaint. Who is going to end my nightmare? Given that Vivense never ships pre-built couches but rather freshly made ones straight from the factory, are you planning to keep new clients waiting for as long as this? Would you put the customer's suffering ahead of making a sale? According to the Vivense Ordu store, the manufacturing business is to blame for this delay, not them. I kindly ask for your prompt aid with this situation!
