Vivense Sent Wrong Parts for My Wardrobe - Refused to Fix or Refund It

I bought a wardrobe from Vivense, but they sent the wrong parts. They initially said the correct pieces would be sent later, but nothing was done. There’s no proper after-sales support, and they seem completely uninterested in helping. Every time I try to reach out, I either get vague responses or no reply at all. Unfortunately, they haven’t offered any solution so far. The furniture parts are still piled up in my room, completely unusable, and they won’t issue a refund either. I even considered hiring someone to fix it just to make use of what I have, but it feels unfair after paying full price. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly regret trusting this brand and would not recommend buying anything from Vivense.
