Vivense Failed to Complete My Wardrobe Assembly Since October Despite Payment

The assembly of the wardrobe I bought from Vivense still hasn't been finished since October. I’ve called a bunch of times and tried to follow up, but I haven’t heard anything back, and the system still says the installation service is on its way. It just adds to the frustration that I've already paid for the assembly service. Since I waited forever, I had to put the wardrobe together on my own. I need to get a refund for the installation fee I paid, and I need it urgently. If this problem isn't sorted out soon, I'll need to take legal steps. This whole situation has been really stressful, and I just want Vivense to take this seriously and get the refund sorted out right away.
