If VivaVideo keeps charging your card monthly;

• Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and check Subscriptions to confirm VivaVideo is still active
• Cancel the subscription directly from the app store, as uninstalling the app does not stop billing
• Take screenshots of the active subscription and recent charges

Ask them to;

• Explain why monthly charges continued
• Confirm the subscription is fully canceled and auto-renewal is disabled
• Refund any unauthorized or post-cancellation charges

If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
