Refund For VivaVideo Vip Yearly Subscription Without Consent

On 5 March 2026, an amount of 184,000 UGX was deducted from my bank account for a VivaVideo VIP yearly subscription that I never knowingly requested or approved. I did not subscribe to this VIP yearly plan, and the money was taken from my account without my consent. After noticing the deduction, I contacted VivaVideo support to clarify the situation and request a refund. However, I was told that I had subscribed for the yearly VIP and that they would not refund my money because they consider the subscription to be authorized. I completely disagree with this, as I did not intend to purchase a yearly VIP subscription and did not give clear consent for this charge. I request that this unauthorized yearly VIP subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 184,000 UGX deducted from my bank account be refunded. I also ask that my account be checked to ensure that no further charges are made without my explicit consent and confirmation in the future.
