Refund Requested for Accidental VivaVideo Purchase Made by My Child
I did not intentionally purchase the VivaVideo application or its annual subscription. My child mistakenly believed the application was a game and, while using my iPhone, unintentionally approved the purchase using Face ID. As a result, an annual VivaVideo subscription was activated, and approximately $49 was charged to my Enpara account. I believe this transaction occurred around January 2026.
As soon as I discovered the subscription, I canceled it immediately. However, the purchase had already been completed, and the payment had been processed.
Because this transaction occurred accidentally and without my informed or intentional consent, I respectfully request a full refund of approximately $49 to my original payment method. The purchase resulted from my child's unintended action rather than a deliberate decision to subscribe, and I kindly ask that my situation be taken into consideration and that my refund request be approved as soon as possible.
