VivaVideo Charged Me but Premium Features Still Require Extra Credits
I downloaded the VivaVideo application on my iPhone through the App Store, believing that it was free to use. I did not see any clear or prominent notice indicating that the application required a paid annual subscription, and I was unaware that I was agreeing to such a high-cost membership.
On the third day after downloading the application, June 30, 2026, my App Store account was charged approximately $49 (originally ₺2,299.99) for an annual subscription. The transaction receipt includes the reference/order number 9808.
In addition to charging me for an annual subscription, the application still does not provide the credits required to use many of its features. Whenever I try to create content, I continue to receive prompts instructing me to purchase additional credits. As a result, I have not received the full service that I reasonably expected after paying such a substantial subscription fee.
When I downloaded the application, I was not aware that I was authorizing a paid annual subscription of this value. Had this been made sufficiently clear, I would not have completed the purchase.
I respectfully request that the annual subscription charged on June 30, 2026, be canceled and that the full amount of approximately $49 (originally ₺2,299.99) be refunded to my original payment method without delay. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue the issue through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and other relevant official channels.
