On March 21, 2026, I noticed through a mobile notification that a charge of $42 was made from my VakıfBank debit card under the name “VivaVideo” without my knowledge or consent. I am not even familiar with what VivaVideo is, and seeing money withdrawn from my account as if I had approved it was both shocking and distressing.
I have never created any membership, subscription, or agreement with VivaVideo. I did not use the application, did not enter any passwords, and did not provide any approval. This transaction was carried out entirely without my knowledge, and such unauthorized access to my account is unacceptable.
I request that this unauthorized $42 charge made from my VakıfBank account in Söke, Aydın be immediately canceled and fully refunded to me. I also demand a detailed investigation into this transaction and the implementation of all necessary security measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
